Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker visited the innovative Cardinal Mfg program at Eleva-Strum Central High School March 14 to see firsthand how this program is equipping students for careers in manufacturing. Now in its seventh year, Cardinal Mfg has students quote, manufacture, inspect, deliver, and invoice businesses for parts produced in the program.
